1. Export-Grade Packing

We ensure strong, moisture-resistant and transport-safe packing:

Areca Leaf Plates Packing (typical):

• 50 / 100 plates per polybag
• Multiple bundles in master carton
• Labels: Size, Shape, Quantity, Batch No., Gross/Net weight
• Carton sealing: Strapping + stretch film (optional)

Coco Peat Packing:

• 5kg compressed blocks
• Stretch-wrapped & palletized for container loading

Activated Carbon Packing:

• 25kg PP bags or paper bags
• Palletized & shrink wrapped

Incense & Pooja Items:

• Export corrugated cartons
• OEM printed boxes available

Jaggery:

• Food-grade HDPE bags or boxes
• Inner polythene lining

2. Container Loading & Palletization

We use:

• Wooden pallets (fumigated)
• Stretch film wrapping
• Edge protectors (if required)
• Carton stacking to avoid crushing
• Container stuffing done under supervision

3. Shipping Methods

We support all three modes depending on buyer need:

• Sea Freight (FCL / LCL)
  Most economical
  Used for bulk orders and heavy goods (Areca plates, coco peat)
• Air Freight
  For urgent and small trial orders
  Fast delivery within 2–5 days
• Courier / Express
  For samples & small packs

5. Payment & Terms

• 50% advance + 50% on copy of BL (most common)
